The Ghost Academy provides upgrades for Terran psionic Ghost units. It is required for the training of Ghost infantry in the Barracks.

"Cloaking Field" - An upgrade that can be researched to allow Terran ghosts to envelope themselves in a cloaked shield that renders it invisible.
"EMP" - An upgrade that allows Terran ghosts to use its Electro-Magnetic Pulse ability.
"Moebius Reactor" - An upgrade that increases the ghosts maximum energy capacity by 50 points.
